The first step is your initial visit and consultation. Please complete our online new patient forms prior to arriving at our office in Union Square.
At this first appointment, we will provide you with a complete dental examination, including X-rays, a medical history review, a comprehensive intraoral/extraoral exam, a periodontal exam, and an oral cancer screening to identify any dental problems and possible treatments.
After determining your oral health, we will diagnose what type of cleaning is right for you. There are a variety of additional services available in our office.

How long will my first visit take?
Your new patient experience will take approximately 1.5-2 hours and will include a teeth cleaning, full-mouth series of x-rays, digital photography of your teeth, and a comprehensive exam with the doctor. Basically, the works for a check-up!
Do I have to fill anything out?
An email with your New Patient Intake Forms will be sent to you via IntakeQ. Please fill out the intake packet completely as soon as possible so we can confirm your appointment. Here is a link to the forms so you can submit them back to us today: NEW PATIENT FORMS
How about insurance?
We provide the highest-quality dentistry possible! We accept all major PPO dental insurance plans and will electronically file your claim on your behalf.
